ABOUT:

I’m a massage therapist, dancer, and visual artist.
Exploring the connections between body, movement, and presence.

I’m part of SerVivo, a community and cooperative based in Vale de Barris (Palmela), within the Arrábida Natural Park.

SerVivo is an event venue and living space dedicated to somatic practices such as dance, meditation, bodywork, art, and self-development, where I’m currently very involved as part of the team, facilitator and organiser.

Today, I give regular Contact Improvisation classes at SerVivo and continue to share intensives abroad, as I have in Malaysia, Thailand, France and Spain. My work is also shaped by inspirations and learnings from techniques like Body Weather, Authentic Movement and Axis Syllabus.

For three years, I deepened my dance practice through residencies with Towards – An Open Institute of Embodied Arts and Transformative Learning in Thailand. Meeting and studying with teachers such as Kirstie Simson, Dolores Dewhurst-Marks, Sasha Dodo, and Katya Basalaeva expanded my vision and understanding of dance, bringing it even more to life. In parallel, I have also been studying Axis Syllabus, mostly with Movement Artisans, to deepen my understanding of biomechanics and explore how to embody a safe and organic approach to dance.

I offer two main forms of bodywork: OsteoThai, for those who enjoy staying grounded and connected to the floor, and Deep Tissue, for those who prefer receiving on a table with oil. In both approaches, I integrate elements of Craniosacral Therapy.

I discovered my passion for bodywork with a three-year training in Integrative Body Therapy and Bioenergetics, which laid the foundation for my practice. Later, in Thailand, I fell in love with Thai Massage, studying with teachers such as Mikis Tapaswi and Joe Khumlee, and deepened my practice in OsteoThai at the Thai Circus School in Laos with Arno L’Hermite. Feeling curious about Deep Tissue, I studied  at Massage Bien-Être Réunion, which brought a new dimension to my work.

Beyond my passion for movement and massage, I’m also a filmmaker and photographer, with a degree in Audiovisual Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

My work mainly revolves around dance, movement, and nature. I enjoy collaborating with other artists and creating multidisciplinary projects, including documentaries, video art, and photography.

Let me know if you’d like to receive a massage, join a dance workshop or you would like some photographies!
